After I sent in e-mail and case specific enquiry regarding my Passport already at NDVO for visiting visa. The passport is on its way back, not sure if they actually processed the visa for spousal case or not. Will find out tomorrow if I need to resend passport or if they already stamped it...

It just shows review in progress once the file reaches NDVO. At least till they pick up ur file and only then it will change to background in progress. But seems like they are working on March and early April applicants now.

Anyone know what would happen in this situation. I submitted TRV visa for my wife at Jalandhar and they sent the application to Chandigarh. Now if I check status it says it is being processed at New Delhi Visa Office. But my application also had Decision Made on Saturday. Now likely PPR...

Yes, you get e-mail notification the following day if ur account is connected to the new website.

I am March 30th applicant. Just seen Decision Made on my CIC account yesterday. Background in progress to Decision Made in 2 days. :)

Third line on the PR side is... We received medical... . if u already sent in ur medical then they should have updated it.

Looking at your timeline... most likely you will only get update from Canada (mostly on ur side info)... I got my 2 weeks ago and had no info. My app date is March 30th...

Mine also changed to Decision Made - Not sure if that is any indication. But being hopeful.

There is another note that says sponsership passed in April. But this is the latest note which I have no idea what it means.
