2 to 3 months? This would just corrupt the system again and I don't think the Canadian government is that unaware of the reality. Plus that's ridiculously less time. There is a backlog of 2015 applications, which must be processed prior to 2016 applications. It's a FIFO system, exceptions may...

Hard to believe, since there is such a huge backlog of 2015 applicants. There is no public proof.

Apparently it is only taking 2 to 3 months for 2016 applicants to have their spousal visa and to land in Canada. Has anybody heard about this or witnessed it? Just want to keep things based on facts not rumours.
