Thanks for sharing this info but sorry to say there is nothing like staying for 2 year in canada and then you can go out of canada . I read somewhere that 9 months should be the maximum time a person can stay out of canada ,i will share the link once i encounter it again .

Hi Suhavi, Actually there was one applicant who got refused as he/she was staying in india from one year , so i was wondering how come he/she didn't return since PR gets expired after a specific duration when you are outside of canada

Please speed up the process. Don't let people stay so far for such a long time from their wife or husband . Time is so hard to kill . Please NDVO concerned authorities ...Please look into the processing time how it can be minimized and speed up the process .
