That’s amazing. I applied for name change on May 01. Document received by them on May 09. Until now no idea what’s happening- credit card not charged. Any way we can contact them and ask for the application status. (Currently not having the postal tracking number as well)

Hi Mexontario. To get the Ontario ID's corrected, i believe they will ask for Name change document. Without any supporting document i cannot get it corrected anywhere

Thank you Armoured. I think as suggested I can go for name change process and along with existing citizenship certificate + name change document I can apply for passport and request correct name in to be displayed there and simultaneously I can apply for new name to reflect in other documents...
