The link you have sent is wrong. It is for eTA status and not for SOWP status. Those applications start with W.

I received an email for my PGWP application saying "There have been no updates to your application W****** since you last checked your MyCIC account. Thank you for your patience." I have not received any blank updates and it has been a month. Is this usual? Is there anything I should do?
