AOR means Acknowledgment of Receipt and it would be received by email. Pretty much lets you know that your application has been received by CIC.

Mine was also activated same day but Canada Post tracker does not have a delivery date and only has "processed". I'm a bit worried about that. Even though I think its due to the public holiday. Does yours have an estimated delivery day? Or did it arrive today(Monday)?
