Hello Can you please tell me which visa office are you and which number did you call. Because if you call in Rome office they just tell you to email them and when you email them they say your application is in process and just be patient.

Applicants which have done medical examination in June July 2016 have received their PR on end November. In December they haven't process anything and in January all these persons got Visa. Now it is August September remaining
