May 14th applicant...not even re medicals

May 14th PRincipal applicant here. No re-medical request, no update from NDVO. Today I received response for my notes, it says Nothing Started. Even Medicals status is showing Not Started but due date is showing this month 18th, what does it mean? And also there is PAPER FILE TRANSFER...

Hello friends, I am 2015 May 14th applicant, I have a question. My husband passport was expired on Dec 2015, do we need to inform NDVO with his new Passport details? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
