Don't worry about status not being updated. For me, the status got updated the day before I took the oath. It can be quite slow.

finally got an update ! Oath invitation received today for Feb 3rd 2020 ! I passed my test September 13th 2019 ! Good luck everyone !!

Finally got an update !! I just received my oath invitation (over 4 months after the test). Ceremony scheduled on Feb 3rd 2020 in Montreal ! Good luck everyone !

I am in a similar situation: Application sent April 1th 2019 Test date: September 13th 2019 Decision made: September 18th 2019 Still waiting for oath...seems like Montreal is taking forever in sending oath invitations.

Nope...still waiting...it has already been 13 weeks...I guess it will be in the new year. It seems that Montreal is very slow for oath ceremonies - a friend of mine waited 6 months after the test...:(

Thanks for your feedback. I will renew beginning of Jan. couldn't get an appointment before that at the consulate. Maybe I will have the oath before that but I doubt it. I am not sure how it works at the French consulate, if they keep your passport while you wait for the new one. Hopefully not :)

Hi all, Question to those who have already had the oath ceremony: did they ask you to show them your passport or just a photo ID when they verified your documents ? I need to renew my passport while I am waiting for the oath ceremony but I don't want to be stuck having no passport to show at...
