Guyz.. my parents have visitor visa and then they got COPR which got expired now. My question is - Will they be allowed to board Vande Bharat flight? Because as per IRCC's website, immediate family members of PRs (I am a PR here) are allowed to enter Canada.

My parents got an email from IRCC that they are supposed to let IRCC know when they are ready to travel. If Vande Bharat flights are running these days, won't they qualify for those?

They fall under the exemptions mentioned on IRCC's website. They will be considered as my immediate family members. I am a permanent resident in Canada.

My parent's COPR expired in April. Are they still eligible for Vande Bharat flights? If yes, what's the process?

Its not recommended. In most of the cases, they reject it.
