I feel this is not important at all, visiting another country during a less than 183 days absence does NOT require you to provide a police certificate in that country.

I did my MR in Feb. and on Feb 29th the third line has been added (medical results have been received). Paid upfront RPRF on April 29 and could use the RPRF receipt no. logging into ECAS on March 9. So what is my next step then? Receiving RPRF request?

All applicants have definitely had their PCCs expired because the processing time was over 18 months. I have no idea whether we need to update our PCCs again.

you can do your medical in your home country, does not matter

did you provide them the new PCC? It seems you PCCs have already been expired.
