    it's not a PPR passport request email. They are asking you to renew your passport or your dependances passport is about to expire soon. Renew your passport and send the copies to your processing centre mentioned on the letter.

    I called CIC today and the agent told me that my background check is completed ( passed) and the file has been verified And ready for a final review by an officer and I should hear from them until February 15th. Medical has been extended. Does it take so long for an officer to make decision ...
