    @JamesBox. I would say it would arrive within 14 days. I had it sent from the Hong Kong office. If it takes longer than wait as it is holiday season. After 4 weeks I would send an IRCC inquiry. This is what happened in my case and it took about 10 days to arrive after they confirmed re-mailing it.

    Hello, I haven't received mine after 4 weeks as well... I just sent them an e-mail on Thursday through the IRCC web form. They asked for my address again and never got back to me after that. I assume they are re-mailing it. Maybe you could try that?

    1 - depends on your province. BC is 3-4 weeks. 2 - passport you require long form birth certificate and add 2-3 more weeks on top of the previous answer. can't help you with 3/4

    I wrote affiliation from right to left. Sister, sister's bf, mother, father, friend, best man. Etc.. etc... explanation of event as well. Vacation, travelling, wedding... Seemed to have been no issue.
