Finally received my Canadian passport this week, happy!

Just received the oath letter on Jan 5th which indicates ceremony on Jan 18th.

Thanks! I wrote the first time on Jul 31 and it was not accepted due to technical issues. Then had second time by Teams with an officer on Dec 2, decision made on Dec 15. I put the time line in my signature.

I'm in Alberta. Lived in Red Deer when I applied and now in Calgary. Oath ceremony scheduled in Jan 18th.

A friend of mine want to go back to China after submitting the application and I tried to persuade him. He has always been a "clever" guy so he thing there must be some methods to skip the rule. So just a discussion.

I have a question. The IRCC website said the person who takes the online test must complete it in Canada. How can they know the applicant's locations, through IP address? What if the applicant take the test in other countries via a proxy sever?

It looks like that they pauses send AOR to May applicants totally while still processing June applicants.

I just sent a complaint on IRCC website, in the feedback page. We need to united to push them to process our application ASAP.

I sent a webform last week and they don't even reply me till now. There are several AOR of June these two days but no more for May. There are at least three June applicants got AOR today, but seems no May one, HOW RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

I'm living in Calgary but I submitted it when I was in Red Deer. Delieverd in May 29th and still waiting for AOR. Maybe the Liberal government doesn't like Albertans.
