Hello, In my sponsor eligibility letter they asked for PCC. I have my mother's PCC on hand now but hockey account doesn't have any option to upload. I sent an email but received no confirmation email. What are my other options? Should I call someone to check? thanks

I received invitation today. In 2018, I don't have the minimum amount of income. I missed it by $1000. In 2019 and 2020 I exceeded it by $35000. Can I apply? Are they gonna ignore it without looking at it because I don't meet one year requirement?
