About PGWP holder's Job type (Spouse open work permit)

Then, i think we have to check how they define "FULL-TIME". (If you check CIC's website, it doesn't show "full-time" on the requirements for supporting your spouse. It only shows that you have to have a skilled job) The NOC code of my job is 2174. ps. Although it's an internship contract...

About PGWP holder's Job type (Spouse open work permit)

Let me answer my question by myself :D For supporting PGWP holders' spouse to get the open work permit, as long as the job title meets NOC A, B or 0, doesn't matter if it's a full time job. My BF's spouse open work permit has been approved last week. ;D

Post-Graduate Work permit refused. Should I appeal?

If you are sure that there's no rules for "can't leave Canada for (time) during study period", you can try file it to the court. You have to file it within 15 days (can ask for extend as well) after you received the refusal letter from CIC.

I CAN'T STAND IT!! Let's fight for our RIGHTS!!!

Re: i CAN'T STAND IT!! PGWP applicants, let's stand together fight for our RIGHTS! Why I said different processing time caused an unfair result is not just about the fees we have to pay for the restoration. Since the day that CIC refused our applications, we are no longer legal to work. For...

I CAN'T STAND IT!! Let's fight for our RIGHTS!!!

Different processing time can cause an unfair result. Before mid of 2015, CIC spent only 30 to 45 days to process their PGWP applications. Even your applications have been refused, you may still have chances to apply for restoration with a valid study permit. After mid of 2015, CIC spent 80...

I applied my PGWP on June and have got my refusal letter on Dec. (already more than 90 days), due to the $100 open work permit holder fee. The thing is I didn't get any payment request letter from CIC and my application have been refused directly, although they said I am allowed to apply for...
