    Can i do medical exam before applying the express entry?

    Would of advise that you do not do medical so early. Remember you can sit in the Express entry pool for weeks and months until ITA. You have to very sure that you will have very high point/score on your profile and get nominated within a short time.

    BTW: You can call CIC from Jamaica. You have to try early and expect a lot of waiting. I did it this week and waiting on the phone for 10 minutes. tel: 6139444000 you get Canada Global Services, press 1 then 1 again and you will be transferred to CIC. Lots of recordings and promo stuff to listen...
