Hi ginoongliyans, As far as I know, hindi ka mabbgyan ng SG Police Clearance hanggat wala kang letter of request from Canada Embassy, unless you are a SG citizen.

Hi Go North, I'd checked my ECA's just now, and status is still "in process", however, there's an added bullet regarding the correspondence they sent to me last April 26 (PPR: though it was not specified on the details).
