When we sent our passports, I only sent a return airway bill, no envelope. My local FedEx guy said that they will get an envelope when they arrange to send the package back. So the return airway bill had my address etc. and the price I paid when I sent the passports included the return cost.

Hi Ryan, Since I don't have accounts with any of the couriers, I just went to fedex and asked them if I can have a prepaid airway bill to return my documents to me, around the same weight as the ones going out. SO I filled out the return airway bill and included it in the documents sent along...

Another thing to check is whether you are copying and pasting your UCI or application number. Sometimes when you select it to copy, it has a space either before or after the number and that will not be recognized correctly. If you haven't already try typing it in directly???

Hi Steph, To get the signature I think you have at least 10 posts. 1)My passport took just about 2 weeks to come back via courier (included a prepaid courier envelope). 2)Once you get the visa back you have until the deadline given to arrive in Quebec 3)For the card it seems to vary but I...

Just in case anyone needed to know about expired CSQ. My CSQ was valid when our permanent residency visa was issued but will expire in June 2016 before we are set to arrive in Quebec. I called Quebec immigration and they said that as long as the CSQ was valid when the visa was issued you are ok...
