Sorry mate I'm checking this forum after a gap. In my experience didn't get PPR on gckey account. I it was a straight forward mail from Visa office. Gckey is updated once the visa is stamped on your passport. Hope this answers your question.

It's not a thumb rule, but normally people get PPR within a month or max two after Re-medical is cleared. However, it's not a necessary rule as I said.
