October 16, 2019 Inland applicant with outland dependent. Currently both applicants are in Canada Updated address for both applicants last year. GCMS notes confirms application was approved in March, 2020 and since then no updates.- Still waiting for COPR

Yes my spouse is in Canada and i updated that in August 2020. GCMC notes says my application was approved in March however never issued COPR. Tried calling IRCC on 1-888-242-2100 (pressing 3-4-1-0 ) and now they are not attending calls.
