Raising CSE case with latest emedical sheet helped. Got response after 7 days saying document provided was forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration. And after 3 days I passed the Medical exam.

If you see the wordings in Request Letter "We have not received all of the results of your medical examination. Please contact the Panel Physician who conducted your medical examination to ensure all required tests were completed and that there are no outstanding requirements left to complete."...

Yeah hope so, its been 4 days since I raised CSE case and sent an email. Still no updates.

I didn't redo the medicals, they provided with same emedical Information sheet which shows tests results status as "COMPLETED".

Thanks Dannio..it came as a request letter in my cic account. I have the e-medical sheet which I have already uploaded while submitting application, if there is an option to upload then I can write LOE and upload. Will explore the web form. Thanks again.
