Also according to gcms notes medical is valid up to feb 2017.

Hi rainasar, She is in canada on TRV right now. We have received gcms notes which were created on October 19th and everything looks normal. No additional docs request has been sent from their side. This is so depressing to see your file moving a step forward and then taking few steps back...

I know rainasar already responded but I was just responding to his comment that I have already paid my full fees so this should not be the reason my bgc went from in progress to not needed at this time.

Posting this 2nd time as no one replied to my query Feb 2016 applicant. My bgc went to in progress on nov 4th but when I checked this morning it is back to not needed at this time. Anyone? No I paid my full fees while mailing my application. Gcms notes reflect everything paid
