    Since you already do the landing, you are officially a PR even if you don't have the PR card in possession. You should have no problem crossing the border by land with CoPR and passport.

    Should have no problem assume you can fly in, and you probably can only go to Toronto first anyway, because they restrict the numbers of airport that international flights can land.

    The travel ban is in effect from March 18, so we will need to wait and see. Anyone who can run to the border today and do the landing should have no problems.
