You don't have to if there are no changes. Just write a letter explaining that there are no changes. That's what I did and everything went well by God's Grace.

Provided you had used DHL, I would say 2-3 weeks. Mine was about 17 days from when they received the documents. Sending and getting it back took about 3.5 weeks but from when the received to when they notified of readiness was 17 days.

@ Nebs. I had applied with an old passport about to expire (9 months to expire at that time). When I received PPR, I got a new passport and included both old and new and also explained that in my Letter of Explanation. I received my immigration visa and COPR yesterday.

@ Nebs, I included both old and new but I do not think it's mandatory. However, where you have obtained a new passport after your application, please include the old passport (i.e. the passport with which you applied).

Glory be to God, received the email that documents were ready for pick up and also All Criteria have been Passed/ Approved in my CiC. I wish us all the very best especially those of us awaiting PPR. It shall come to pass in Jesus Name.

Dear All, I received my PPR (Ready for Visa email) and a few days later in my CIC profile, there was a request for my wife's past and current passports. This was after I had received the PPR and was requested to send passports and pictures and the Ready for Visa email itself. Does anyone know...

They requested for the passports themselves and not copies and there was nowhere in my CIC profile to insert or attached same and I had since sent them. They were received on the 22nd of February.

Thanks. The request was for current and past international passports and I had sent those. My understanding from the "Ready for Visa" email was that this was the last request from CIC so I was surprised to get another request again for international passports (including current and past)...

To specifically answer your question, 3 passports (me, wife and son who is even American)

I am quite bothered and see the message a document is required from the Applicant. I received both the "Ready for Visa" email and a request for passports in my CIC account and sent immediately. The request in my CIC asked for currently valid and past passports. Is this request even usual?

@Topsy, it is difficult to tell as mine reached Accra on the 22nd of February and I still haven't received any feedback. I also used DHL; maybe we can get average times from people as mine has been there fore over 2 weeks now. Actually this is my passport's 17th day in Accra.
