Hi Hoback and MR 21, One of my friends, whose application was submitted in August 2015, received PPR yesterday. She has been mad during the last 2 months. So, nearly 15 months for her. Hope we can receive the PPR before Dec 1.

My due date is December 1. For 2016, the total quota is 300,000 and for QSW program, it should be around 27 000. It depends how much is left for the last 2 months of 2016. If there is no quota left, we would need to wait until Jan 2017.

Hi Hoback and usefuluser, We have no other choice but waiting and waiting. I paid RPRF on April 22, 2016 and no news since then. I do not know why CIC says it takes 12 months....I guess it should take at least 13 to 15 months for most applicants.

I have already passed 12 months. My application was received on Oct. 16, 2015. NO PPR. It is no use to call CIC. The agents who receive calls are not Visa Officers. I know a friend whose application has passed 14 months and still no PPR.

I do not believe I will receive PPR by end of this week. Several guys in this thread who are July, August and September 2015 applicants have not received PPR yet. Even 13 months or more has passed for them. So, I guess I need to wait until end of November to have some surprise.

As far as I know, PACE means Passed All Criteria of Eligibilities. I am not sure whether this is true or not. I got this meaning from other threads. This means you have passed all assessements and are in a waiting list for final decision. Many applicants are now in this PACE.

Hi Hoback We are in excatly the same situation. All passed. My application is also placed in PACE since June 24th. No apparent concerns Appears ready for Visa My due date: 2016/12/01. So, no worries about your settlement plan. Let us just wait for a senior VO to finalize our applications.
