Abin, The stamp is in the passport, everything is fine with that. You also get the paperwork - Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR). That one has the photo on it. And in our case photos peeled out from the paperwork. Anyways, I don't think it is an issue...

Guys, I got our COPRs!!! It took us a total of 28 days to change the VO from London to Moscow and get the COPRs. Any of you guys experienced photos not glued properly to COPR? One of my daughter's photo was detached from the COPR right when I opened the envelope. I guess I can simply re-glue it...
