My application has not approved yet. Agent may mean that it will be approved but he can not make any decision on it. All I know is everything is OK and BG has been done, the only thing is to wait for the approval or rejection from the VO. Hope it will come up in a week.

You can call cic after you find a "updated" in your account. If no updates, it means no news is updated. Therefore, they will probably tell you it is still under review.
