I am sure there would be some remedy to this and people would have actioned something collectively in the past, as I feel it's worth a fight. Or the only option is to withdraw and resubmit with a different address which may fall under an office with faster processing

I think it's a great idea as the critical step now seems to be the background check. From one of my friend's experience, he recieved the test invite 3 months after the background check was green on the online application tracker.

Do let me know if you are able to get through as I haven't been able to get to an agent through the helpline. Had to raise GCMS notes
