Have patience Fastener ! Whats the worry ? You are done with ur medicals ..u r just one step away from getting visa .. It can be on any good day .. And MPNP will not send u anything it will be from ur visa office..keep checking ur mails regularly

Dear Naresh , visa application center intimates thru emails when u submit the passport and later when the passports are ready to pick up .. u will also get a phone call when pps are ready
