Hello, Do we require (or, is it helpful) to include a letter of invitation for the principal applicant (Spouse) in the Family Class outland sponsorship application? If yes, can anyone please refer me to a template? Most of the templates I see are related to visitor visas. Thank you!

I did check on 'Kijiji' and found some affordable properties, however, it is tough to convince the landlords/owners to rent the property to someone who isn't even in the country. :p Is there any other way of directly approaching more landlords/property agents in Toronto?
