Did they give any reason? I think you should still re-validate all your forms and it should be dated and signed.

Yeah looks like it is true. I got email yesterday that my passport was dispatched from Ottawa office on 16th but I think Canada post picked up on 17th

My Tracking was activated yesterday so should be getting my passport today :)

you can call them let them know that you have trip plans send them an email and call them as well. when you send an email attach your tickets as well.

it takes nearly 7 to 8 calendar days for them to dispatch. i hope it gets better

I think services are open 24h but better you do it in non-peak hours early morning is best I think

press 7 then 0 their IVR is waste of Time sometimes or I should say all the time. press 7 for express entry and then 0 to speak to an agent. and do let us know what is the earliest date you're getting

Sorry for the late update. My application was approved on 10th August. Tracker is not activated yet.

no Update yet. folks from 10 to 12 July have the application approved since 1-2nd Aug and didn't get the passport. I think we should see update soon maybe 9 or 10th of this month. fingers crossed

did you read the letter and instruction I think you were supposed to mail them with for photos. I maybe not right person to guide you but to me, it makes sense to send all the requested documents in a post just like photos
