We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on May 8, 2019. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on August 8, 2019. We started processing your application on September 24, 2019.

As mentioned above, you do not meet the 1095 days requirement. Depending on when you received your PR status, this may mean that you are still close to two years from applying for citizenship to comply with this requirement.

Yes, many are confusing this.

We used official transcripts after we had a semester completed as proof.

It refers to "in-progress" ECAS. What you most likely have listed on your ECAS is "application received". I believe a lot of people mistake this when updating the spreadsheet here.
