yes ogboy is correct , CEM indicated that you can submit copies of diplomas/tor as long as it is certified and authenticated by CHED/TESDA/DepEd. We submitted that in Manitoba, the TOR/Diploma with the red ribbon(certified true copy). As for the CEM requirements, we passed all the original...

yes, all the originals and no photocopies. even the diplomas. please refer to the checklist of the things that you need to submit to avoid delays. i think you can find it in the cic website... regards and goodluck!

they will give you instructions in the letter. in my case, i'm allowed 30 days upon receipt of the letter to complete the medical exam. if further tests needs to be done, you should inform CEM. goodluck!
