    Try IELTS again, contact few consultants. I am not sure how many bands are required to get admission into Masters. There are many seminars in delhi this month, if you are from delhi go and meet the university people directly.

    You can apply for re-evaluation within 6 weeks after your exam date. It takes 8-10 weeks. I applied for re-evaluation on 27th July, still waiting.
