    My understanding is that what counts is the number of AORs in a given month rather than the number of ITAs. As far as I observed, January ITAs mostly got their AORs in February or in March, and FEB AORs mostly got their AORs in March and April. This is my opinion. Hope this is not too pessimistic.

    What about assigning new CRS points? Wouldn't it reduce points if the spouse is added after AOR? I have read somewhere in this forum that CRS points are recalculated based on the new situation (which is being "married" now).
