Did they ask you to brink remedical and PCC or you just took it with you .My spouse has interview next week .His PCC and Medical will be still valid at that time .Should I worry about getting new one ?? I mean medical and PCC

I received an email for my spouses interview 2 weeks back but my account still shows interview not needed at this time . Is it normal . And email also says I have to hire interpreter on my own from List they gave in ineterview letter . It makes me suspicious about email . Has anyone else...

Agreed and I would like to know why my case is not straight forward and they missed my file and moved to March and April .I have genuine marriage and provided all the proofs with my application .SO why I am waiting and March ,April people are getting PPR ? >:( >:( >:( >:(

I don't think it should be issue .It can be issue if you stay in India for more ....... like 2 or 3 years or may be even 1 year but of course be ready to answer the questions like your intentions to come back to Canada .I am going to stay with my spouse for a few months too ....going to India...

Finally was able to attach application .....put a space in place of birth and left the information for passport blank ......it worked .....thanks everyone discussing all the issues and solutions here .....Eligibility shows in progress .....rest not started ....interviews not needed at this time...

What is your timeline ??

Fall has not started yet .....It starts from September 22 and goes till December 22......they said IN FALL not As soon as fall starts ,so seems they will announce new /changed rules before December 22,2016 and anyways they announced earlier that they are hoping to streamline the spouse visa...
