Who has to fill Residence outside of Canada part? everyone who has been out of Canada during the eligibility period? or only the ones whose parents or spouse help a publlic service job? Please help.

Hi Guys, Is the letter to the Principal applicant saying processing of your application has been complete a DM Letter? We are Feb 02, Applicant. Have DM on Ecas sicne dec 20. Received this letter on Dec 24. Nothing after that. The letter said vancouver office will contact us.

How are we contacted for appointment? Email or phone call. Our representative gave us the DM letter today even though it was sent on the 24th. How do we know if they contacted us already? We will have to go to Vancouver office. Thank you

Hi, I got DM both sides. and on sponsor side it says they sent an email to our representative. Our representative's office was closed for the holidays so dont know what going on here.
