I had same situation. I'm glad I was checking almost everyday. I was able to give test without link as online system allowed to login and proceed ahead. I think they might have technical issues, and it could be one of the reasons for slow processing. Wish you all the best!

Dear all, I have query regarding birth certificate. Do I need to furnish birth certificate? As I am single applicant. And I am PNP-O applicant. Right now, I haven't provided birth certificate in LOE or in any other document. Can CIC or VO reject based on that? Best regards.
