    How can we know if the copy of passports and photos got delivered to CPC Ottawa? If I have the Canada Post scanned delivery date and signature of the recipient (My case its "SCI MARTIN") that this means its an official approval they received my package? Thanks for anyone that knows!!

    Hi! Does anyone know if the date on the NOC letter to prove the working experience is important? For instance, if my former manager signed the letter with today's date and I get an ITA a year from now, is it sufficient? Or the latter needs to be signed after the ITA? Thanks in advance!
