Thanks, same office which did my oath invite - mine was from Montreal. If you are facing delays, make sure you include the name of your agent in the email subject line - my agent mentioned that specifically to me.

I had my Oath yesterday morning, E-Certificate was available for download today around 3pm. For all the other delays in my application processing, this final step was very smooth and quick. Oath ceremony was very organized as well.

Only prayers to God can help all of us now so that these guys get back to work.
