Hi Dhivya, Honestly, I don't know what worked for me I did raise 6 - 7 web forms since Jan 2020 and also emailed twice to Etobicoke ircc office. Hope it helps

Yeah NDvO is new Delhi visa office and yes my dependent is in India. :)

Yeah they did but GC key profile wasn’t updated until I received my COPR.

My dependent got PPR under my name with my UCI and With the same highlighted line that do not send passport until PA is PR. But I sent it regardless and NDvO accepted it and stamped it.

@legalfalcon I just want to confirm, as now I will receive a letter that “I am PR of Canada” is my overseas dependent eligible to travel?

Thank you for suggesting, which visa office should I contact Etobicoke where my application is or my local visa office as per the letter that is Vancouver or NDVO as they issued my husband’s COPR.

Tried that. She was just reading the same thing that your application is in process and decision is pending due to travel restrictions.

April 13th, 2021. We received the same letter back in August 2020 and at that time they never processed his passport and put our file on hold because of travel restrictions. My AOR is January 11, 2020.
