What happens if a passport expires and the applicant can't renew it because of covid 19 slowness. Will they reject the application even if the process is at 90%?

Why do you have to call them back to back? Friday and then Tuesday??? The representatives will give you information based on what they understand from your file, hence the mixed answers. U should give them time to work.. I totally understand there are delays on CIC's part but we can't do...

Since you have 18 months before your long trip.. Why can't you apply for citizenship.. It takes approximately 12 months or less to get it.. Just my thought because it will eliminate all the guessing game.. Citizenship swearing in.. Is done virtually now.. U can do it from anywhere..
