Hi, I ‘m Interested to sponsor my mom. Wondering what is the current processing time? On the cic website it is still showing Jan 2014 but a friend of mine got her dads pr already. She applied in 2016. Is the cic information ever updated?- CECSep14

Apply for a closed work permit while BOWP is in process
I applied for a Closed WP while my BOWP was in process. Nothing to be concerned about and none of the applications affect one another. Fortunately, my BOWP got approved early this week.- CECSep14
