Thanks @chikoo1985, but I still feel letting IRCC know that her marital status has changed before she lands would be the better thing to do. Still don't know how to go about doing this though? Any other suggestions ?

Quick question on the GCMS notes ? Is there a difference between Eligibility saying "Met" or "Passed" ? Might seem somewhat silly, but does it mean anything different for an FSW outland ?

@ JoacRy: Just had a quick question on this case. You mentioned "she started work on 6 Dec 2014" in one of your posts. 6 Dec 2014 happens to be a Saturday. She started work on a weekend ? Please do correct me if I'm mistaken.

The difference between "can" and 'will". Can't say. Well, the legal definition on the CIC site mentions weeks as can be clearly seen. If the VO is doing a date calculator between the dates, what if that person's 365th and 364th day happen to have been a Saturday and Sunday and their job ended...

The interesting thing is that CIC does a week calculation when calculating work experience. This from CIC's own terms and definitions page for permanent residence. This page was updated 09/15/2015. Calculating work experience for CEC: Work experience can be calculated by adding up the number...

Unless, of course, this girl thought CIC would stop processing economic applications, got anxious, didn't have the system award her the points for 1 year of work experience, and then of course you have the VO rejecting the application because she "revived" her CRS points in order to get an ITA...

@ JoacRy: Understandably, I would be upset too. What upsets me about this is that for me as an FSW outlander showing continuous work experience , I won't have a choice but to gain 1 year of continuous work experience again and then re-enter the pool, which without a doubt would change my CRS...

@ JoacRy: My 1 year ("362") days are outside Canada work experience as an FSW outlander. Maybe it's how the system is designed at the moment (mentioning the months of employment, not dates), but I got the ITA without reviving my CRS points in any way, as that's what the system spits out after...

@ JoacRy: So going with what you mentioned, including Saturday (July 26th) and Sunday (July 27th) makes it 364 days for me. Does it still make me ineligible for FSW since it's not "365" days but "364" ? Pheww, man, getting rejected for something as small as this will surely get me pissed.
