I don't think you should withdraw your application. Funny enough, this is a very common mistake. I think you should wait for your AOR, link your account and then send an updated background form or better still fill out the form again, with a letter explaining your error and send to sydney. Dont...

You have to start from the beginning. Its faster at the start of the year before they start heading out on vacation. Mine was returned twice starting form June 2018. I just received AOR after third try last saturday.
