After rprf request for us it was 1.5 years until ppr

Oh and that was only time it took AFTER we had the pnp finished I forgot to mwntion this. Total was 32 months from pnp application to.ppr

Yep. Sure did. Our case was not standard so we had a delay of about 1 year.

That is how it was for us too 4.5 years ago. We needed proof of work experience from our home countrt and we had to be employed full time for 6 months and had to be living here since 6 months before we could apply for ainp.

To apply for ainp you must be living and working in alberta as far as i know

It is only an estimate to begin with. Some august got ppr. One after 7 months that i know and otgers 14 months and 13.... No one can tell you and there is no rule that applies for all in regards of processing times ! Every case is different...every officer has his own way etc. Seriously no one...

He had done his medicals already. He was waiting for ppr

Cic does check employment dtatus. I knew a guy that got fired and did not tell cic. He got mail yelling hom he hast to find lmia job in the same occupation in the same process or else his pr application is invalid. He did not find a job with lmia in time and had to leave canada. Always best to...

I read on this forum several times that people contact their mp. Now i am wondering can you contact the mp even if you have a representative? And what can the mp do , do they actually get any kind of info from cic ? I am curious as i read about contacting mp by a couple of people on here.

Well they do work in december. It is not like they take a full month off lol And they did change estimated processing times to 16 months
