No i dnt think so they are waiting for any thing except it can be result of security screening because some details of security screening show they have not sent anything to partners Perhaps they put on hold to wait for security screening results

i m sorry to differ...when u lodge ur app the background check status is NA then it goes to NS then again to NA when u see this pattern it means R10 is passed. however R10 and medical are only two steps that can be seen through mycic for all other steps use GCMS notes

says 3 to 10 weeks but have seen ppl getting done in upto 5 months but some ppl are waiting for upto 1 year still not finalized

Legalfalcon sorry to question but the following post contradicts what you said...this reliable user of canadavisa forum put his notes issued after ppr...u can see his gcms notes second page application finalize showing as approved but security is redacted...
