I am pretty much in the same situation. Medicals passed on 1st Aug. Only criminality is done. Eligibility and security hadn't started as of Sept 17 and now there is no way to request an update.

I used my email to email them and they came back saying that another email was registered. :( So, now we are waiting on the agent which again is taking forever!
