You do NOT need a new LMIA if you extend your work permit with the same employer. And, LMO=LMIA, when you apply your PR/OWP package. I had the same senario with you, and I just got my OWP. No worries. :)

Congratulations! :) Really feel happy for you! I have a quick question, how long do we have to mail passport when receive the 'Request to submit passport'? And, how many days we have to prepare for the landing then? Thank you so much!

just to update: OWP issued: May 12, 2016. Received today on May 17, 2016. Please let me know what I should be expecting afterwards? Will there be any notification for AIP (Approved in principle)? Thank you everyone!

Hi Linaudrey, we have a pretty close timeline. I posted my package on Feb12 and delivered on Feb15. I haven't recieved my AOR yet and start worrying a bit. I'm single and also applied under the old pathway/24 months option. Thank you for sharing.
